Sapporo Factory, a spa and retail complex, affords a comfortable environment.
Sapporo Factory was constructed at the historic site of Japan’s first brewery. It’s now popular among visitors as a spot for seasonal enjoyment. The commercial complex houses 160 establishments, including shops, restaurants, a hotel and a multiplex cinema.
A natural-gas-fired cogeneration system is installed in the building, for efficient energy use. The cogeneration system, together with the district heating system, supplies electricity, heat and cold energy to various facilities in Sapporo Factory.
